We want you to love your purchase from The Painted Ram. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery and must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply complete our Contact Us form and let us know how we can help.
Complimentary local returns and exchanges are available at The Junction in Chapel Hill. For returns by mail, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct a $10 return shipping fee from your refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected.
Need a different size? We’re happy to exchange your item, subject to availability. For exchanges by mail, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for a $10 fee. Once we receive your original item, we’ll send your replacement at no additional shipping charge.
